Refund policy

 

Tickets are non refundable. ALL tickets are transferable regardless of when you purchased.

In order to transfer your ticket, please find your order confirmation email and click Access Your Ticket Order. Once your reach the order status page, simply click Transfer Ticket and enter the details of the person you want to transfer the ticket to. The receiver will get an email with instructions on how to accept the transfer. The process is completed when the receiver accepts the transfer.

Should the event need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances your ticket will be automatically transferred and honored at the rescheduled event.

Should the event need to be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances all tickets will be refunded.
